Why is it that in Your Issues (after login in to your own account) we cannot put in European brands and models? There are usa cars and brands and others, but real euro ones are not (Peugeot, Renault, etc)

I issued this question directly under that "my issues"  topic also, but there is simply NO answer to whatever question I put into Autel's direction. You people are back from the holidays for some time now and the more urgent questions really need to be answered (this is not an urgent one, but about connecting to certain cars, functions not working etc is urgent, I make extra cost because I don't hear from you and customers need things fixed and will not wait for Autel to get back to me after weeks or months).
